Well congratulations! What fun for you. I would get an airstone going to keep the water circulating and the eggs moving a little so they don't get fuzzy. Remove any you see with fuzzies on them as they'll be fungused and it can spread.

If they hatch for you, they'll change in a couple of days and will still be feeding on their egg sac for another day or two so you'll have time to get yourself some Frog and Tadpole Bites. You can crush them up very, very finely and sprinkle on the water surface to get them started when they're free from their egg stage. There's really not a lot of time to make green water for you now unless you have a lot of very warm sunshine where you live. You can also look for some frozen baby brine shrimp, the smallest version - tell the fish store it's for fry or tadpoles. Or you can set up your own baby brine shrimp hatchery which is the best as you'll have constant live food early on for them and that's a great start for them. You can buy the eggs at most fish stores. Start two or three bottles going about 18 hours apart so you have a continual supply. They're best as foods the first 24 hours after hatching as they're full of the goodness from their eggs too and without foods for them, they start loosing their goodness as they pass it through them.

Be prepared for the next couple of months of lots of hard work in water changes, feeding, bottom clean-up to get rid of left overs and loads of fun and interesting watching as they grow.

They'll need feeding basically constantly or it will seem like it anyway. When I fed with crushed bites I found they only will eat part of what's in them and the rest will quickly fall to the bottom so I tried sucking up as much as I could before the next feeding to keep the water fresher. They're mostly feeding in the top range of the water area at this stage. Be really careful with that and empty it into another pail or container as it's really easy to suck up a little tadpole with it all as they often will hide in anything they can and play dead as a defense method. There's very little waste with the bbs and it's really the best food for them. If I remember correctly, I fed around every 3 hours from early morning until around 10 at night. If you can get yourself a little regulator like in the pic of the bbs hatchery for your airstone, that let's you turn the flow up or down for amount of bubbles. I found without one, the tads get pushed around in the current too much. They're really cheap to purchase. The amount of water changes will depend on how many you have hatch. The more tads, the more often you'll need to do changes. I'm trying to remember but I used an old 5 gallon and started out with around 75 tads which dwindled down to around 45 quickly so maybe I should have done more water changes myself. It's really hard to try to catch them all to do this so if you can use a siphon to take out old water and even add new, it would make like easier for you and them. Again though ensure you siphon the old water into a container and watch for signs of life after a little while of it settling before you toss it out. Let's see how many you start out with before determining how often to change the water but you can plan on minor changes daily and major ones about every 4th day I think if you have a good hatch rate. They're prolific little producers aren't they?

The the clusters of eggs are fuzzy as in growing hairy halos around them then they're not viable and have fungus on them and should be discarded. If its just detrious from stuff in the water stuck to them, and the little brown dots in the eggs look like a little curved grain of brown rice, then they should hatch.

No doubt you'll have many more opportunities in the near future.

Sorry there's no edit button available but not to worry. I'm so glad you've got some tads! WOOT! Keep your eyes on the tank and a turkey baster handy as you'll likely find a few more over the next few days. Sounds like you've got their food needs covered for now and that should give you time to get some bbs going for them. Keep us posted please.
