I love your tank! I know that old cobalt glasses were made with toxic things but not sure if they are any more and you would want anything with leaded glass.

Those are my puppies. Tugboat is the brown Puggle, and Muggsy is the mutt. Then I have three cats, and now 2 ADFs. hehe.

This is the new tank, started in the New Year (09)
|
Lit up at night with Moonlight submersible leds to shine on the rocks and the airstone, unfortunately you can hardly see any of the inhabitants but give it
time and it'll be bustling.

And in the light, crikey these fellas move fast when they see a camera....

Beautiful.
Do the night light lights stay on all night? t |

All on timer, the main light goes out at 7pm and the moon lights come on, then at 11:30pm they go out.

Neat. So the fish not only get daylight and moonlight but a nice amount of total darkness too. Great idea.

Thanks, I actually put the hud on timer first to make sure the plants got 12 hours but then thought it would be nice to do a full cycle. Great if we get back
home late too.
It's nice to have the tank lit up somber in the evening when watching TV instead of bright daylight bulbs. |

My gourami Harry Beladontae, would hide as soon as the camera came out too. I love your lights as well.

Here is my 10 in semi progress. Meaning, waiting for it to be 100% for sure cycled and maybe a few more plants and fish down the road. Other than that, it is what it is |
