Here is my question after reading all the highly informative information from everyone.

Chytrid can be 'in the water' ? Tap water in all cities in the US is treated with antibodies and chlorine (along with floride and other nonsense) to rid it of parasites and other ill gotten things, wouldnt this also kill fungus? This talk just worries me that if i move my ADFs would die.

Also i was thinking of getting an ACF if my snail tank dosent work out (thus having a ADF tank and a ACF tank) but the post by silver said that they would have to be physically apart... Meaning chytrid can be carried on the air? **Please note** <-- I never cross contaminate anything between my tanks ever because i would never harm my fragile ADFs on purpose.

Horselover- I know that you want to keep your animals, and i can tell from all of your posts that you are a very mature dude. But if your mom has rules and you know that she is going to be strict about things or have an attitude about things (like your aquariums) you should think of the animals saftey. Dont let your froggers/toads reproduce if you have no room for the babies or will just be putting them in danger later. Dont buy more to put in the already over stocked tanks, untill you already get the larger tank set up. Please look out for the animals best intrest before you think about your own appreciation of the hobby, atleast untill you have your own home and controll over what your allowed to have.

Just my 2 pennies...in the animals defense.
