As for the bullfrog tads getting Chytrid and dying from it, I don't know where you got it. I looked like 10 pages into google and all I could find on bullfrogs with Chytrid is that the non-native North American Bullfrog is an asymptomatic carrier of it, just like the ACF. I also strongly believe that the water here has Chytrid. If that's the case, then everything I have has Chytrid, and I believe that the ACFs had Chytrid at the store because of the fact that the ADF died after being exposed to the ACF. I don't know when exactly it died, but it did have Chytrid and I chose to euthanize it instead of seeing it get worse.
