What I mean by substrate feeding plants is just that. They uptake most of their nutrients from the substrate and take very little out of the water column itself. The species you have in your tank are almost all in the category with the exception being the eloda densa in the back right corner.

Some examples of fast growers are any of the "bunched plants". These plants take in a lot of their nutrients directly from the water column. They are also mostly high light plants which will not work in your tank.
