Fasting may be enough to get anything that's not moving in her out. I suppose you could use a low dose of epsom salts to draw out fluids, but I would usually recommend this either when you know bloat is not due to constipation or when fasting has failed (or even, in some cases, if 1-3 days of fasting has had no effect or the animal is getting worse). I don't have a lot of experience using it with frogs, though, so I would recommend caution and a lower dose since they are likely to absorb more.
