The chemical we use is with a bath of Benzalkonium Chloride, and in the chytrid article
it says where to get it and what to do.
You would have to get them in a bath so they stay in it for awhile though.... Head to toe...

If you can do a bath in Plain Pedialyte and water, it could help them if they are not eating. Do 10 parts water, 1 part pedialyte.

We've never used this kind of BC treatment with toads, but in theory, it should work.
A vet could also prescribe Itroconazole, or Sporanox
which is the best med to cure Chytrid.
