1.  Break/cut off a small piece of frozen stuff (either bloodworms or shrimp -- I too would go with mysis if she can't see the brine).
2.  Put some tank water in a small container.  (I like those super-small  Gladware-type containers.)  Pop the bit of frozen stuff in the tank water and let it defrost (but not sit too long after defrosting, to avoid bacterial growth).
3.  Use some sort of useful, clean, never-seen-soap instrument to put the defrosted food where she can eat it.  Reptile feeding tongs, eyedropper (perhaps not too practical in that big of a tank), turkey baster, whatever works for you.
4.  Remove and discard leftover food.  Never refreeze it -- it'll get freezer burn and be useless as frog food.  Plus, refreezing and redefrosting encourages bacterial growth, and it doesn't sound like she needs to be eating bacteria.

Does that help?

Oh, I noticed nobody said anything about aquarium salt.  I guess I'd try giving her a break from it for a while.  If she gets worse, put it back in.
