Thanks Tetra. This Am she is still alive but in terrable shape! I thought she was bad before but this is much worse! She is by the top. Gills moving faster then ever. Her back fin is partly unclamped but her body color is darker looking...not redish at all but more to a browner/ grey kinda tint in the body area but not toward the tail. Every little bit she takes a gulp of air and leaves a little buble on the serface. Unless there is a miracle I dont see how she can make it. : ( . . Im surprised she is still alive. Then I go to feed Chloe and Im giving her half her pellet and I notice her tummy looks a bit big! So Im freeking out but it was this way about a month ago and I think she was constipated or something because it went away in a day or less. I tried to get some pics I can post them for you to see just in case. But bloated tummy wasnt one of Jaz or Harleys symptoms. I had given her the half pellet before I noticed it. She was fine yesterday and last night. I will just not give her anymore till dinner then try a pea just in case, I think thats what I did a few weeks back when she looked like this. Ive been working on getting the heater set up for Chloe but I tested it last night, setting it at 82 and the thermometer had 86 today! So I cant use it till I figure this all out. About the food....Its hakari betta bio gold presoaked. But I got a new package and thats what I gave them starting Thru/Fri. Jasmine didnt eat yesterday (except she actualy took a tiny fragment of worm in and spit it out a few min later). But I went back to the old pellets for her yesterday. Probably nothing to do with the food. But you never know. I really didnt expect JAsmine to still be alive this morning. I had my tearful goodbye with her last night, thinking that she would go in the night. But just like HArley she is a fighter. He was sick for 3 weeks too. So thats the latest. I will try to post a pic of Chloe in a different thread later. Thaks for all your help and adivce and encouragment! I only wish Id found you earlier, I believe if I had Jasmine would be a lot better by now. But now Ive found you so chloe and any future bettas I ge will have a better chance. : )
