Ok to answer questions... Bloodworms ~Yesterday was the first time I ever gave Jasmine bloodworms. I had thawed them the night (or day?) before. I thawed a small plastic cube apx 1/2 x1/2" in a paper cup in a zip bag in the fridge. When I fed her yesterday and this moring with it I toopicked out a bloodworm, the tiny ones and cut it with the spoon and feed her a portion. I had no idea they wouldnt keep a few days in the fridge. So I will toss them out. and thaw a piece in the AM. I thought they were like meat and would keep, but then Im a vegatirain and I have no idea how long that stuff keeps. I was planing on tossing it in a day or so. How is a person supposed to kow this stuff? The package just said the unused protion to kept frozen. I thought that meant the rest of the cubes? So they dont even keep for the day? Meds ~ Im not the expert butI have a Jungle med for flukes but it also has other stuff in it. So I wouldnt use it with the M1 & @. But as best I can remember PraziPro is just Praziquantel in it. But thats the $50.00 bottle I passed up last week. Should I order some? Might take a week. Pea ~ I was going to use it if the bloodwroms made her constapated but she pooped today, so not needed. And for lunch (1) and dinner (2) she ate pellets again. With SBD in her past she has had a few peas and liked them. As for the worms I gave her they were 1/4" or 3mm or less. So I probably underfeed her. I subed each worm for a pellet. Ok so our update of today .... I did a 25% w/c. She ate real good, gobbled her food actualy, and so far no barffing. She pooped. She is still flashing. Tonight I was retreiving a pellet that sunk before she could get it, the turkey baster let out a few bubbles right below her, that triggered a flashing incedent. sigh. I gave her more time with out her paper today, pulled the blinds when I did. I had noticed sometimes when she rests places she is at places she can see out. Im planing on doing a %100 w/c tomorrow. I will try and get better photos. Today it took an hour for the %25 w/c! Im so glad Chloe is moved farther away. See new photos below. How do you get paragraphs in these posts? Ive looked and looked and tried and tried but it doeanst work. ________________________________________________________________
