I was gone most of the day but I went looking for PreziPro on my way home, Only found it one place, they were out of small bottles only one left was $48.00! I didnt get it. I just googled Gill Flukes.... Jasmine has never been gasping for air or moving her gill rapidly nor do I see any slimy stuff. She has never had live food or even frozen just the pellets, never had any live plants or been in a tank with other fish since I had her apx 11 months now. Ive been very carful not to let her stuff touch the others stuff but I goofed a time or two wiht each fish. Harley I had for a year and a half before he got sick and Chloe is fine. I gave Harley frozen bloodworms when he was sick. Sooooo Im thinking no to flukes. OK on to Jasmine....this is hard to type...she is still alive but it appears to me just barley. : ( . . She moved to the front of the tank to see if I had food and her eyes still move when she is still. I looked at her real good with the magnifier and what Im seeing is... white spots ~ I still see the two and mabye, maybe a third but it might be some of her sparkel. One spot looks more like its part of her then something on her. One is close to the edge of her bad gill the other maybe one is higher closer to her eye. The other one is on her other side aboue the same place as the maybe one. Velvet ~ I noticed some goldish color on her body scales I hadnt seen before. Maybe this is velvet after all? Body color~ It kinda looks like the face end of her body is darker. And I can see what Id describe and little red veins in her body but not in a line shape but random shape. Tiny the size of this ---> ~ Only thinner. These last two make me think its too late. Im sorry im not better about to see the spots and gold stuff. Im going back to the M2 and wondering about Coppersafe. Educate me on Coppersafe why is it not so safe or not recomended? Any Pros/Cons I agree with you Michele Im wondering about the flashing....Im thinking maybe not from the meds. But I can say the stillness and very clamped fins came right after all that. She was swimming with her fins parly open before the meds and she was at the bottom and top of the tank that day, not at the serface like she has been since. Im wil keep checking back here tonight to see if anyone has posted. Otherwise my plan...another water change. Up the temp to 82*, and give her M2 and wait to find out about Copper or something else. Most things no matter what recomend a anit bact med to prevent secondary infections. anymore questions, anymore ideas, Im open! Thanks as always.
