BB... is there anything protruding from the fish's vent? As well, stringy white poo is also a sign of constipation and/or stress. Is the goldfish eating at all?

If you're using Jungle's Parasite Guard... that is for external parasites (such as velvet or ich). Jungle's Parasite Clear claims to treat for internal and external parasites... it does contain metronidazole which is one of the meds we recommend for internal parasites.

If this fish is quite ill in your opinion... I would start a thread in the ER. I would also isolate this fish in as large a container as possible (that has never seen soap) so you can better monitor the poo and his general health and not medicate the other fish that are otherwise acting ok (for now). He will also need an airstone for oxygenation and frequent 100% waterchanges to keep the ammonia in check. Is this medication administered daily? If so... I would do daily waterchanges (the amount would depend on the size of container) right before you administer the next dose.

But I still feel very strongly (as Itsy does) that the tank being very overstocked is the root of your troubles. Goldfish simply need more volume of water to handle their waste... or they will very likely all get sick before their time. Goldfish simply need larger tanks to thrive... not just survive...
