I am glad to hear that the older two are doing well and that you have some more options for food for the younger ones! The "playing dead" thing may
be their zen pose but could also be cause for concern, just keep a close eye on them, but we know you are already doing that. JBOT had one little tad that
would play dead all the time, aptly named Goat for those fainting goats. Any chance for pics?

Received walterworms and vinegar eels today. The youngest tadpoles were observed reacting to them so it seems like good news.
I am left with one tadpole from the oldest batch. The smaller one was found laying on the bottom, and had troubles with buoyancy. Seems to happen to most tads
that perish. Older tads hunting skills have improved somewhat.

I don't see why fresh mosquito larva wouldn't work well. Bringing in fresh BBS daily might also work but they're best fed within the first 18 hours
of hatching themselves as that's when all the best nutrients are still in and with them. After that they start to change a bit themselves and are looking
for foods and have almost finished their own egg sacs and aren't as nutricious.

Yes, they'll do fine for a couple of weeks on them, then get them going on the bbs. I've raised them on both live and frozen bbs. If you have some
green water and first foods like the vinegar eels for them from the start you won't find it so hard. The whole process is a fair bit of work though feeding
and cleaning at all stages. Seeing them morph into cute little froglets makes it all worth while though.
